电子—声子相互作用对贵金属S—电子有效热质量与比热的影响

INFLUENCE OF THE ELECTRON—PHONON INTERACTION ON S—ELECTRON EFFECTIVE THERMAL MASS AND SPECIFIC HEAT IN NOBLE METAL

本文对文献[1]的物理模型加以改进。得到了新的物理模型。得到了新的贵金属S—电子有效热质量和比热表示式。计算结果表明:比文献[1]与实验值符合得好。

This paper improves the physical model in Literature, obtains a new physical model and establishes the expression of effective thermal mass and specific heat of s—electron in the noble metal. The calculating results show that they accord better with the experimental value than that in Literature.
