摘要
就改善液压油的水解安定性、放气性及破乳化性进行了研究 ,试验表明金属减活剂和高碱度清净剂能改善液压油的水解安定性 ,清净剂还可改善液压油的破乳化性 ,硅型和非硅型抗泡剂对放气性和抗泡性的影响不同 ,需从配方技术上进行平衡 。
The solution to improve hydrolytic stability, air releasing property and demulsifying characteristics of hydraulic oil were investigated. The research result showed that metal deactivator and high basicity cleansing agent improved hydrolytic stability, and the high basicity cleansing agent also improved demulsifying characteristics. The effects of silicone type antifoamer and non- silicone type antifoamer on gas releasing property and antifoaming property were different. The ratio of silicone type antifoamer and non- silicone type antifoamer in formulation must be regulated to obtain the optimal result.
