摘要
简述了二烷基二硫代磷酸亚铜的制备工艺及其在润滑油中作为添加剂的使用性能。对有机铜盐分析方法中的滴定法、吸光光度法、极谱法、AAS法、AES法等作简单比较。对二烷基二硫代磷酸亚铜作定性分析 ,作了二烷基二硫代磷酸亚铜样品的红外光谱图和它的元数分析。利用高温灼烧的方法驱除实验样品中的有机物 ,然后利用氧化还原法对其铜含量作定量分析。相对误差 0 .30 %~ 0 .6 3% ,标准偏差 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .0 8%。讨论了硫氰酸铵、碘化钾、酸度。
A process of preparing copper dialkyl dithiophosphates and their use as lubricating oil additives were introduced. Sereral analysis method of organic copper salt were compared. Using oxidation-reduction standard method. Copper content in its synthetic fluid was measured. The component of analyze method of copper dialkyl dithiophosphates was discussed. The suitable equivalence point was chosen. The relative error was 0.30 %~0.63 % and The standard deviation was 0.05 %~0.08 %.
