两相型多功能清洗液在火车零部件除垢中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF THE TWO—PHASE TYPE MULTIFUNCTIONAL CLEANING AGENT IN CLEANING DIRT ON THE SPARE PARTS OF THE TRAIN

本文介绍的有机溶剂与表面活性剂水溶液并用的两种相型多功能清洗液,经沈铁青林车辆段试用结果表明,该清洗液使用安全,操作简单、无毒、无污染;常温下,具有除油、除锈、除漆,钝化四种功能;根据腐蚀程度不同,静浸0.5～4小时,除垢率可达90％以上,满足了火车零部件外观检查和探伤清洁度的要求。

The two—phase type muhifunc tional cleaning agent is prepared with organic solvent and the aqua solution of the surfactant and dried by Jilin Railway Branch Bureau. The result shows it is safe, simple to operate, nonpoisonous and non-polluting. It has such functions as oil, stain, paint removal and passivation. The dirt cleaning rate may be above 90% at the normal temperature in 0.5—4 hours by the corrosion degrees of the spare parts. It meets the needs of the outward inspection of the spare parts of the train and the degree of cleaning for flaw detection.
