噁唑烷酮类抗菌药物及在耐药菌感染中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 抗菌药物耐药性是目前临床面临的一大难题。(口恶)唑烷酮类抗菌药物是继磺胺类和氟喹诺酮类后上市的又一类全合成抗菌药。利奈唑胺(linezolid)为该类药物中的首个上市产品,本品在临床革兰阳性菌感染的治疗中疗效显著,尤其是对耐药菌的作用成为其一大亮点。2003年保持了不错的销售业绩。尽管如此,利奈唑胺同样也很难避免耐药性问题。
