上海石化股份有限公司环保中心湿式氧化装置的冷却塔和热交换器腐蚀结垢严重。为了解决此问题,作者对磁处理器DAM防腐阻垢的效果进行了研究,对DAM防腐阻垢机理进行初步探讨,并代替水处理剂进行了试验。试验结果表明:DAM除垢防腐效果明显,具有不增加水中其他离子,不引起二次污染和操作简便等优点。技术经济分析表明,循环流量为300t/h的小型循环冷却装置,用DAM处理,一年可节约14.1万元。磁处理的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益均显著。
Serious corrosion and scaling are found in the cooling towers and heat exchangers in the wet air oxidation unit, the Environmental Protection Center, SPC. This study is based on an investigation of Descal - A - Alatic(DAM′s) anti-corrosion and descaling results, which is aimed at finding a solution to this problem. It tentatively discusses the mechanism of preventing corrosion and scale by means of DAM. A test is carried out using DAM in place of water treatment agent. Its result indicates that DAM can effectively inhibit corrosion and scale and has advantages such as not increasing the quantity of other ions in the water, not causing second environmental pollution and easy operation. Tech-economic analysis shows that, for a small recycling cooling water unit, treatment with DAM can save $141 000 annually. Magnetic treatment of water brings in remarkable environmental, economic and social benefits.
