摘要
针对抗菌素医药废水普遍呈酸性的特点,根据酸碱中和反应曲线和原电池反应原理,在pH 3.0~6.5范围内,以8瓶不同pH的标准溶液为指示剂,采用简单的电路可以绘出pH与电流的线性关系.根据这一关系,可知道在不同电流下废水酸性的强弱,克服了在线pH监测仪器价格昂贵、不易在车间推广的缺陷,从而降低了废水治理成本.
Aiming at the acid feature of the antibiotic medicine, based on the neutralization curve and the original battery reaction principle, when the pH value is 3.0 ~ 6.5, and by using 8 jars of standard solution as indicator, the linear relation between the pH value and the electric current can be drawn by using a simple circuit. According to this relation, the acidity strength of the wastewater under different electric current can be known. The disadvantages that on-line pH detectors are expensive and hard to be popularized in workshops can thus be overcome.
