通过对汽车产品开发过程的特点分析,得出加强新产品开发的前期策划和成本控制,已成为现代企业经营管理的一项重要工作;并论述了企业如何加强新产品开发的前期策划和成本控制的方法,如何加强企业各部门的联系,树立新的设计理念。
Rapid development of high and new technology serves to advance the productivity,shorten the period of product upgrading and intensify the market competition. Through the analyzing the characteristics of auto product development,we should strengthen the prophase scheme plan and cost control. How to enhance the cooperation with other department and build new design principles are discussed.
