从六西格玛管理的目标出发,提出企业推进六西格玛管理的要点,即提高产品品质强调设计质量管理,重构组织系统创建新型矩阵管理,改革人事制度全面开发人力资源,关注顾客需求必须更新服务观念。
Starting from the target of 6σ management,this article puts forward the key points for the enterprise to promote 6σ management,it aims to improve the product quality and put emphasis on management of design quality, to restructure the organizational structure and set up new matrix management,to reform the personnel system and fully develop the human resource,to care for the customers'demands and update the service idea.
