基础教育教科书质量保障机制的国际比较及启示

International Comparison of and Enlightenment on the Quality Guarantee Mechanism of Basic Education Textbooks

教科书质量保障是课程质量保障的核心组成部分,把握教科书质量保障对确保课程质量可以起到提纲挈领的功效。笔者通过对世界上主要发达国家和港台地区基础教育教科书质量保障的发展趋势进行对比研究,结合我国实际,提出建立和完善我国基础教育新课程、新教科书研制开发良性机制和质量保障系统的一些具体策略和措施。

The quality guarantee is the kernal part of course quality.The paper does a comprehensive comparison of this subject between the China's Mainland and Hong Kong,Taiwan as well as some developed countries.It argues that some strategies and policies should be made in order to establish and improve our new curricular standard.
