ON STABILITY INDEPENDENCE FOR DEGENERATE DIFFERENTIAL SYSTEMS WITH DELAY

摘要 本文利用复Lyapunov方程给出了退化时滞微分系统全时滞渐近稳定的充要条件 In this paper, we study degenerate differetial systems with delay. Complex Lyapunov equation is used to deduce necessary and sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability for every value of the delay.
