养老保险制度改革的国际比较

The International Compare on the Reform of Endowment Insurance Institution

本文根据各国在养老保险制度模式和改革路径上的相似性,将世界范围内养老保险制度的改革分为四种:欧美模式、拉美模式、经济转轨国家模式和东亚模式。在首先分析了不同模式的改革现状和趋势后,从政治、经济、历史以及文化等角度对形成不同改革路径的原因进行了分析。文章的最后对建立我国的养老保险制度提出了建议。

According to the similarity on the patterns of institution and reform routes,this paper divides the reform of Endowment Insurance Institution to 4 types: Pattern of Europe and America,Pattern of Latin America,Pattern of economy transition countries and Pattern of East Asia. After analysing the present reform conditions and trend of different patterns,then it analyese the reason of forming different reform routes from the aspects of politics?economy?historyand culture. At the end of this paper,some suggestions are put forward to form Endowment Insurance Institution in China.
