摘要
从2003年春夏之交开始,中国报刊业进行了改革开放以来最为强势的一次治理整顿。一年过去了,这次整顿的效果是非常显著的,加强了党对舆论阵地的管理,增进了党群关系,减轻了人民负担,有效地治理了腐败。当然,报刊整顿尚不能毕其功于一役,中国报刊业要真正全面实现市场化运作,仍然任重道远。
From end Spring of the year of 2003, Chinese press industry experienced the most forceful neatening after Chinese reforming and opening. One year passed, the neatening has very obvious effects, it inforced the Party's management on vox populi, closered the relations between the Party and People, lightened the burden of people, castigated corruption. However, newpapers and periodicals' neatening would not solve all problems, Chinese press industry still have very long road to full-scale marketing.
