摘要
在揭示人本管理内涵的基础上,我们从社会因素与个人因素两大方面分析了高校图书馆馆员职业倦怠情绪形成的原因,并提出了利用人本管理有效地消除图书馆馆员职业倦怠情绪的具体措施,主要包括:提倡图书馆文化,营造浓郁的文化氛围;满足馆员的基本需要,引导其更高层次需要;完善人本管理体制,加大激励力度;提高图书馆馆员的综合素质;加强价值观念和角色教育。
This article is to reveal the connotation of humanistic management , analyse the causes of librarians' vocational weariness in colleges and universities, expounds from multi-perspective that humanistic management can remove and restrain the vocational weariness effectively, and prompts the development of librarianship.
