摘要
随着经济全球化,物流业的蓬勃发展,货运车流在公路交通中所占的比重日益增加,造成货车与客车争道,人流与物流冲突,从而引发许多问题,对这些问题从政策和技术方面进行了综合分析,并从政策改进与完善和应用高新技术方面给出解决问题的方案。
With economic globalization and logistic prosperity, there are ever increasing numbers of trucks on today′s roadways. These trucks occupy great road resources,resulted in contrast with passenger cars,which brought about many problems. After a complete analysis of these problems, solution to these problems are suggested in consideration of policy improvement and application of last sophisticated technology.
