摘要
从我国目前道路交通事故等级划分实践中存在的问题入手,分析研究了道路交通事故等级划分方法的不足之处;基于这些不足之处,提出了改进的等级划分理念:加入车辆类型和道路等级因素,考虑社会经济发展变化因子的影响,并进行等级模糊化,使之更符合客观情况。最后引进了模糊评判方法对道路交通事故进行了等级模糊划分的研究,在一定程度上改进了原有的分级方法。
Starting with the problems presented on ranking traffic accidents,disadvantages of ranking method are analyzed; Basing on these disadvantages,the opinion on ranking traffic accidents to be improved is proposed in consideration of vehicle models,road grades and factors on influencing social economy development.All above mentioned is made to be blurred out,which has it still more in accordance with actual impersonality.Finally,blur judge method for ranking accidents is fetched,with the result of improving traditional compartmentalizing method to a certain degree.
