猪乳头数性状的观察及其与产仔数关系的研究

Observation of the Swine-nipple Number and Study on the Relationship between the Swine-nipple Number and the Litter Size

对种猪24头、仔猪487头的乳头数性状的遗传规律及其与产仔数的关系进行了调查与分析,用SAS软件对数据进行处理。结果表明:猪的乳头数具有相对稳定的遗传性,接近于父母代的群体均值,且具有一定的集中性;乳头数目不同的父母代组合其后代的乳头数目趋向于父母代的群体均值;父系乳头数与窝平均产仔数呈正相关,母系乳头数与窝平均产仔数呈弱负相关;采用父系半同胞相关法估测猪乳头数性状的遗传力为0 26,属中等遗传力。

By surveying the data of 24 breeding swines and 487 piglets of the breeding swine producer, the inheritable relations of the swine-nipple performance were analyzed with the SAS software. The results showed that the swine-nipple numbers had stable heredity,being close to the mass average deviation,and showed definite concentricity; The swine-nipple number of filial-generation were close to the parental average deviation with different combinations;The male nipple numbers were positive to the litter size and the female nipple numbers were negative to the litter numbers;According to the related evaluation of the male half parent line,the heritability was 0.26 and belonged to middle heritability .
