光与植物激素对黄瓜离体子叶衰老的延缓效应 被引量:3

摘要 研究了光与3种不同植物激素对黄瓜(CucumissativusL )离体子叶衰老的影响。结果表明:3种植物激素都能减缓黄瓜离体子叶的叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的下降,还能降低丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率增量的增加;比较不同激素的作用效应,其中激动素(KT)和玉米素(ZT)延缓叶绿素含量下降效果最明显,而6 BA对降低MDA的积累和电导率的增加效果最好。另外,光和暗处理的结果显示,光能延缓黄瓜离体子叶的衰老。 The effect of light and three kinds of plant hormones on the in vitro cucumber cotyledon was studied .The results showed that all the three kinds of plant hormones could lag the decreasing of chlorophyll content,the activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase) and CAT (catalase) and manish the increaing of the content of MDA and the conductivity.In comparison of the effects of different plant hormones, KT and ZT were the best in lagging the decreasing of the content of chlorophyll,the 6-BA was the best in reducing the content of MDA and the conductivity.In addition with the treatment of light and dark, the light could slower the senescence of in vitro cucumber cotyledon evidently.
