松褐天牛成虫高毒力病原真菌筛选及林间感染试验 被引量:26

摘要 选用 7株虫生真菌对松褐天牛成虫进行了生物测定。结果表明不同菌株的毒力存在差别 ,其中以金龟子绿僵菌Ma83菌株的毒力最强 ,校正死亡率及感染率分别为 1 0 0 %和 79% ,致死中时LT50 为 5 2 4d ,致死中浓度LC50 为 1 3 8× 1 0 6孢子 /mL。松褐天牛虫体不同部位接触白僵菌Bb2 0 2 1无纺布菌条的感染试验表明 ,触角、口器、足和腹的感染率依次升高 ,致死中时依次下降 ,表明足与腹部是白僵菌感染天牛成虫的主要部位。林间感染试验表明 ,球孢白僵菌Bb2 0 2 The virulence of different entomogenous fungi on adult pine sawyers,Monochamus alternatus Hope was tested.The result showed that the virulence varied.Among them,Ma83,a Metarhizium anisopliae isolate,was the most virulent one.The mortality of the sawyers was up to 100% and the infection rate was 79%.LT_(50) was 5.24 days.Its LC_(50) on the adult sawyer was determined to be 1.38×10~6 conidia per mL.The experiment was made to expose different parts of the sawyers to the fungal bands for infection.The infection increased and medium lethal time declined in an order of antenna,mouth part,leg and abdomen.Bb202-1 strain had higher virulence against adult sawyers in the forest.
