摘要
对中拖配套复合作业型水田平整机进行了设计,并对其整体结构、工作过程、性能参数作了介绍,对该机的平整板转角、提升缸的受力及提升缸的放置角等重要参数进行了设计分析及计算分析.田间试验证明,平整板极限转角设计得当,运土运浆能力强,无杆件干涉现象,油缸提升自如,动作响应快.研制成功的平整机能实现耕作、碎土、平整三道工序一次完成,具有一定的应用价值.
The multiple working leveller equipped on tractors is designed and its construction, working process, performance parameters are introduced. The important parameters, such as the turning angle of levelling board , the force and the laying angle of the uplift are analysed and calculated.The board has the characters of proper turning angle, strong carrying ability and rapid response, which are indicated in the field experiment.It can perform three working procedure such as culture, smash and levelling in one time and has good prospect for applications.
