摘要
注塑模浇口位置的设定是塑料注塑成型模具设计中的关键技术之一,决定了聚合物流动方向和流动平衡性,通过浇口位置的优化可以显著提高产品的质量.基于CAE技术,利用Moldflow软件对塑料制件在注塑成型中浇口位置和数量的选择进行分析,对不同浇口位置进行流动模拟分析,预测可能存在的气泡位置和熔接痕的位置,以确定最佳浇口位置和数量,可避免在模具上进行试模、修模的繁琐过程,从而为模具设计人员优化模具设计提供依据.
Gate location analysis is the key technology in injection molding. Flow direction and balanced flow of polymer depend on gate location whose optimization can promote product quality. Gate location and number of plastic parts in the injection molding were analyzed with CAE software Moldflow. The location of air traps and weld lines were predicted by simulation of fillings from different gates to decide the optimum gate location. It can avoid the traditional repeated adjustment and die repairing, thus providing foundations for designing optimum mold.
