摘要
文章针对 1 6 0 9补偿声波测井仪发射电路稳定性差、压控元件易击穿等问题提出改进方法 ,用可控硅代替原来的CMOS场效应管来改善仪器的工作性能。实际应用表明 ,改进后的仪器工作性能和技术指标稳定 ,很好地满足了生产需要。
A way of improving the poor stability and the easy breakdown of the voltage controlled components in the electronics circuit of the transmitting part of the 1609 acoustic log instrument is suggested in the paper. The work function of the instrument is improved by using silicon controlled rectifier to replace the original CMOS field effect transistor. The practice results show that the improvement makes the instrument stable and reliable in function and technique index of the tool, and so it meets the demand of logging better.
