摘要 本研究应用R型主因子分析法对1987年和1988年向日葵杂交种的9个主要农艺性状进行了因子分析。结果表明:(1)因子分析结果因环境而异,在实际应用时应特别注意;(2)不同试材、不同环境的因子分析结果或结论又有相当程度的一致性,而育种工作者就是要利用这种一致性指导选择、鉴定以及决策等环节。两年的分析都可把原始性状分解成4个相互独立的性状群即公因子,而其中表现稳定的有单株生产力因子、营养生长势因子和品质因子。如果这些公因子在向日葵群体中真实存在的话,就可以按因子逐步改良从而达到提高产量和改进品质的目的。其改良效果可望超过单个性状的独立选择法。 Field experiments were conducted in 1987 and 1988 at the university with different sunflower hybrids for each year, to evaluate the application of factor analysis in trait correlation studies in sunflowers. Results 'showed that though factor analysis dose not give the same results for different genotypes or environments, similar trends or conclusions could be drown which are highly reliable and of great importance to sunflower breeders. The characters analysed could be sorted into 4 factor or character groups, the contents of which varies a little with years. The relative importance of each trait in a factor also varies slightly. Stability could be found in different environments even with different genotypes, for factor analysis. Hence, factot or character group should be used for selection rather than single characters, in practical breedingg programs. And factor analysis is a basis for factor or character group selection.
