摘要
采用概率法对柔性铰链进行了设计 ,从柔性铰链转角刚度、转动中心偏移、最大应力 3个方面 ,分析了设计中值得注意的问题 ,着重讨论了蒙特卡诺模拟法在柔性铰链设计中的应用 ,建立了参数化模型 ,利用有限元仿真对柔性铰链的主要参数进行设计 ,通过与常规确定性设计结果比较 ,表明采用概率法设计柔性铰链更符合实际情况。
The method of probability design of flexure hinges is presented, by which both the material and geometric parameters in the design equations are treated as random variables. Considering the rotational stiffness, offset of the rotation center and maximum stress of the designed flexure hinge, the specific design process is discussed. Some design issues are analyzed. Monte Carlo simulation is applied to the design of flexure hinges. For the purpose of comparison, two parameterized finite element models with different sizes are established by using ANSYS, and the rotational stiffness, rotation center offset and maximum stress are simulated respectively. Compared with the usual determined design, the probability design is more effective and more conformable to practical uses.
