由“粗放经营”向“集约经营”转化是世界农业发展的客观规律。“集约经营”是我国农业的优良传统,现已逐步形成“现代集约持续农业”。根据我国农业资源特点、生态环境状况和对农产品的需求,发展“现代集约持续农业”,既符合国情又适应经济状况,也易于为广大农民所接受,是发展我国农业和农村经济的正确道路。建设“现代集约持续农业”要制定发展规划,明确生产目标,探索新的“农业生产体系”,不断总结和完善运行机制。

It is the world agriculture development direction to convert extensive farming to intensive farming. The intensive farming is traditional agricultural practice in China. Now modern inten sive and sustaining fanning has being formed gradually. Based on Chinese agricultural resource, ecology condition and society demands for agricultural products, it agrees that adopting intensive and sustaining farming is rational and easy to be accepted by the farmers in China
