This paper analyses a Bootload principle of a system composed of TI's TMS320C32 DSP and Flash. It presents the design method of the Bootload system and the procedures of creating the Bootload calendar in the project design.It give the corresponding file's example of the command file and the user's Bootloader programme . In practice, it has been proved to be a practicality method.
