以乙醇、三氯化磷和N,N-二甲苯胺为原料合成亚磷酸三乙酯,亚磷酸三乙酯和氯甲酸乙酯反应得膦甲酸酯,然后水解得膦甲酸钠,总收率为42%,产品含量达99%。
Using ethanol, phosphorus trichloride and N,N-dimethyl phenylamine as raw materials, triethyl hydrogen phosphite is synthesized. Foscarnet sodium is synthesized from triethyl foscarnet via hydrolyze reaction to sodium hydroxide. The yield of product reaches 42% and the content of foscarnet sodium in the product is 99.0%.
