A Hardware Working Procedure of Color Rapid Prototyping Based on Singal-color Melt Jet Rapid Prototyping Technology

在喷射凝结快速成型工艺研究的基础上 ,结合色彩理论提出的一套彩色快速成型方案。首先研究了彩色快速成型技术的工作原理 ,然后提出了一种将多颜色变成单颜色 ,软硬件结合工作的彩色成型方案。最后给出了整个系统的框架结构 。

On the basis of melt jet rapid prototyping and color theory, the paper states a hardware working procedure of color rapid prototyping. At first the paper studys the theoretical principle of color rapid prototyping technology. Then it gives a color rapid prototyping scheme which resolves the multi-colors into singal color that it includes and shapes alone. In the end ,the paper states the frame of system and designs the main component.
