摘要
基于脉冲乘法器原理的精插补器存在理论误差 ,产生误差的原因是分频数圆整造成的。这种插补器的设计插补精度与机床的设计进给速度、脉冲当量、插补周期以及脉冲发生器的输出频率相关。为满足给定的设计精度 ,脉冲发生器输出脉冲频率应当大于与允许误差相关的最小值。而进给轴分频数也存在一个精度相关的最小值。为避免精插补误差的积累 。
The CNC fineinterpolator based on pulse multiplication has its inherent error,which caused by the rounding of frequencydivider parameters.The designe precision of this kind interpolator are affected by feedvelocity,pulsedisplacement ratio,cycle of interpolation and out frequency of the pulsegenerator of CNC.To satisfy the given precision,the pulsegenerator frequency must be great than some minum value realted to designe error,and also the minim frequencydivider figure great than the minum one realted to the error.To avoid erroraccumulation,compensating can be taken on the stage of software roughinterpolation.
