摘要
消防行政补偿是我国行政补偿制度的一个组成部分 ,现行法律法规对其规定过于原则 ,补偿范围过小 ,缺乏具体标准 ,使消防行政补偿制度实际运行效果欠佳。分析了我国消防行政补偿的历史、现状和存在的问题 ,论述了完善消防行政补偿制度的必要性、可行性 。
Fire administrative compensation plays on important part among the administrative compensation system.It frequently meets troubles in practice, due to confinement of current laws, lack of criteria to implement. By trace the history of fire administrative compensation, analyze the nowadays state and the existing problems. Discusses the necessity and incredibility of improvement on fire administrative compensation and put forward a general sketch.
