超导炉是一种新型的加热设备 ,具有体积小、热效率高、运行安全可靠、安装方便、节约能源和可实现全自动控制等优点 ,解决了方箱式加热炉和热媒炉在运行过程中炉管易结焦 ,造成导热油油质普遍恶化等问题 ,在实际应用中取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The super-conducting furnace is a kind of new heating equipment, in which crude oil is the fuel and water is the heat carrier. “ZGM” super-conducting tube and hearth are used to heat water medium to create high temperature vapor, through which heat is transferred to crude oil in the swirling tube. The article describes the application of super-conducting furnace in oil gathering line systems in Shengli Oilfield.
