This paper conforms to thinking of software component, applies the .NET component technology to the Management Information Systems (MIS), sufficiently discusses the main advantages of the .NET technology in the development of MIS and how to construct MIS with (.NET) component, and gives a total way to implement it. The whole course of the development attaches vital importance to component and improves the degree of reuse as much as possible. By this means, this development of software systems becomes much easier and more efficient, the expansibility of the systems becomes much better, and the maintenance also becomes more convenient.
