Application of comprehensive scoring method in tender offer for the highway project

施工企业如何提高自己在投标报价中的标价得分是企业中标与否的关键,而中标与否又是关系企业生存发展的紧迫问题。文章针对最近一个时期在内蒙古自治区招投标中常采用的评标办法(即综合评分法),就施工单位如何才能确定出一个合理的报价,并使自己的标价得分最高作了探讨。

It is the key to win a bid for a construction enterprise how to increase its scoring of bid and offered price in the tender offer, and also it is an urgent issue related to the existence and development of the enterprise. In the light of the bid evaluation method, i.e., the comprehensive scoring method, which is used commonly in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the recent period, this paper discusses how to determine a reasonable quotation of price, and obtain the highest scoring of its bid price.;
