Democratic Supervision: the Foundation for the Ruling Party to Improve the Abilities of Administration

执政党要提高执政能力和保证执政权力的有效运行 ,必须把执政权力建立在民主监督基础之上 ,并且提高国家的政治制度化水平。政治腐败难以遏制正是执政党执政能力面临的严重挑战之一。权力只有得到有效监督并真正为民所谋 ,执政党才能拥有执政能力。

To improve the abilities of administration and guarantee the effective operation of the power, the ruling party must make the democratic supervision the foundation for administrative power and raise the competence of political institutionalization. One of the serious challenges that the ruling party faces is that the political corruption can’t be easily contained. Only when power is supervised by and used for the people effectively does the party in power owe the abilities of administration.
