A Brief Argument about Wang Wei's Thought of Zen

王维的山水田园诗与禅有着不解之缘。他的特殊经历使他逐渐接近并笃信禅宗,禅宗不仅影响了他的生活,还深刻影响了他的思想及思维方式。但我们还应认识到,禅宗对他的影响并非无处不在,他的山水田园诗创作是在禅道融通的背景下完成的。

Wang Wei is a poet in the Tang Dynasty, He is deeply influenced by the Zen.His special experience leads him gradually towards his faith in Zen which impacts his life as well as his thought and thought way.Still we can't ignore the fact that most of his pastoral poems are created under the condition that he thoroughly understand the essence of Zen.
