试论电大远程开放教育质量控制模式

On the Quality Control Model of RTVU Distant Education

电大应该选择以教育规格质量控制为主的综合质量控制模式。综合质量控制模式应对包括办学思想、网络传播手段、教/学过程、管理环节、教职工队伍素质等五个层面实施有效的全方位的监控。教育行政主管部门和社会各界要为其营造良好的外部环境,电大系统自身牢固树立"质量就是生命线"的观念,在宏观上强化三种意识,在微观上抓住五个环节,严格把住教育质量关。

Integrated quality control model shouldbe selected taking education quality control as a dominant standard, in which five comprehensive structures are supervised and controlled including education principle, network mass method, teaching-and-learning course, management link and teaching-and administrative-staff quality. Not only the education administrative department and social various circle constructing an excellent outside environment, but also expect TVU fosters an idea of 'Quality is the life', macroscopically strengthen responsibility awareness, quality awareness and competitive awareness, microcosmically enforced the education cognition, source-of-student quality, instructing link, independent learning and examination link.
