摘要
本文采用世代平均数分析的多元回归法对中国高粱地方品种的株高进行了研究,并对杂种F_1代株高的表现作了分析。结果表明,杂种F_1代株高平均倾向高秆亲本,但优势不明显;中国高粱株高加性效应占绝对优势,平均达到总遗传平方和的82%以上,显性效应和上位性效应在某些组合显著存在,上位性效应比显性效应显得更加重要;不同组合加性、显性效应值不同,甚至有正负区别。因此,在选配中矮秆杂交种时,要选配好组合及其亲本。
The plant height of local varieties of Chinese sorgurm was studied in the current paper. The results showed that the plant heights of the Fl hybrids ranged about the mean values of their parents but not to be obvious. It showed that additive effect of the plant height was predominant in Chinese sorgurm, and its averages ranged to over 82 % of the total square sum. Mominant and espitatic effects notably existed in some crosses and the espitatic effect was more important than the dominant. Addtive and dominant effective values in various crosses were different and even there were distinctions between positive and negative aspects. Therefore, with the middle - low ering plant hybrids selected good crosses and their parents should be chosen and crossed.
