摘要
针对目前对分户水平式供暖系统水力计算的研究落后于其应用这一现状,提出了一套新的水力计算方法.基于流体运动连续性方程和能量方程,采用图论的方法,建立了系统水力工况的数学模型.该模型将重力作用压头作为流动动力写入环路能量平衡公式中,从设计角度考虑了该量对系统的影响.应用闭合环路平差的方法实现了管网状态非线性方程组的求解,在平差过程中,根据水平支路的温降调整所在环路的管径,并实现各管段流量、重力作用压头和系统所需资用压头值的循环迭代,使其分别逼近真值.该方法用平差所得流量分别计算各水平支路的温降,使不等温降法适用于该系统型式,从而有利于减轻系统的竖向失调,提高分户热计量供暖系统的质量.
A method aimed at the status quo that the study of the hydraulic calculation in the single household horizontal heating system is behind its applications is proposed. The mathematical model of the system's hydraulic operating conditions is built based on the continuity equation and energy equation and the graph theory method, which adds the gravity head to the loop pipe formula as the liquid's motivity. The gravity head's effect to the system is considered from the system's design. The solution of non-liner equations for pipe network is achieved by close loop adjustment method. During the adjustment, the pipe diameter of the loop pipe is modulated by the temperature drop of horizontal branch pipe. The circulative iteration for flux, gravity head and pressure the system needs is achieved, which makes the values approach to the true value respectively. The temperature drop of each horizontal branch pipe is calculated and the unequal temperature drop method is made to apply this kind of system. The method can reduce vertical hydraulic disorder and improve the quality of heating system.
