预测性情报信息的先导作用及其开发构想

阐述了高校图书馆加大情报信息资源的开发力度 ,开展预测性情报信息服务 ,有助于使科研人员对预测对象进行准确决策 ,提高科研效率 ,加速科研进度 ,起到先导和启迪的作用 ,同时也由此而增强图书馆的服务功能 。

The momentum of increasing information resource development is explained in the college and university libraries.On developing the forecasting information service,it would help that the scientific research personnel make the strategic decision on the research target accurately,raise the scientific research efficiency and speed up its schedule,playing the guiding and enlightening roles for them.In the meantime,the service function of the library can also be increased by it,and the proposition of the whole service is approached.
