21世纪 ,世界上一些国家已经把高科技推动产业结构调整纳入日程。我国的科技产业化发展起步较晚 ,在发展过程中存在种种急待解决的问题 ,如融资问题 。

21st century,some main countries in the world have already promoted industrial structure adjustment of Hi-Tech to include in the schedule.The scientific and technological industrialized development of our country starts relatively late,all sorts of urgent problems to be solved exist in the course of developing,such as the financing question,seeing clearly and solving these problem has already become keys which could be carried on smoothly in Hi-Tech industrialization.
