在全球经济一体化的时代背景下,电子商务在我们的经济生活中发挥出越来越重要的作用。根据我国电子商务的发展状况,指出了制约其发展的8个因素,深入分析现阶段我国电子商务以及电子政务赖以生存的环境问题,进而从7个方面提出了解决问题的措施和对策,以达到加快我国电子商务健康发展的步伐。

Against the background of the economic globalization of the world, electronic business (EB) is playing an increasingly important role in our economic activities. This paper carries out a sweeping review of the current status on the EB development in China, and then delves into the survival environment facing EB and electronic government (EG). On this basis, the paper outlines specific countermeasures to quicken the pace of healthy development of EB in China.
