本文以中铝山西分公司一、二期工程为例 ,对比分析了近几年来贯彻国家“以新带老”环保政策所取得的成果 ,特别是污染物排放量大幅度的降低 。

Taking the first and second phases of Shanxi Branch's project as an example,the paper compares and analyzes the achievements in recent years by carrying out the national policy of “carrying the old with the new”,which,in particular,greatly curtails the amount of effluents,playing an active role in improving the local environment.
