403例泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药敏分析

403 cases of mycoplasma infections and their drug susceptibility analysis

目的了解本地区生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法对918例泌尿生殖道感染的患者用法国Bio-merieux公司生产的支原体IST试剂盒,进行支原体的培养和药敏分析。结果检出支原体感染阳性的患者403例,阳性率43.90%,UU、MH、UU+MH感染的阳性率分别为34.42%(316例),4.79%(44例),4.68%(43例)。MH和UU+MH的混合感染中EM、PRI、AZM及CLDM的耐药率明显高于UU(P<0.05)。OFLX和EM在MH、UU+MH中的交叉耐药率分别高达91.7%、96.8%。结论临床应根据三种不同的支原体感染类型和药敏结果选择抗生素治疗。

Objective To investigate mycoplasma infections of urogenital tracts and drug susceptibility in Beijing area. Methods The mycoplasma from 918 cases of urogenital tracts infection were cultured and their drug susceptibility were tested with Biomerieux mycoplasma kit. Results Results showed that 403 cases were mycoplasma-positive, and their positive rate was 43.90%. The compositions of UU、MH、UU+MH infections were 34.42% (316 cases), 4.79% (44 cases) and 4.68% (43 cases) respectively. In groups of MH and UU+MH mixed infections, the resistance rate of EM 、PRI 、AZM and CLDM was higher than that of UU ~infection (P<0.05). In groups of MH and UU+MH infections, The cross resistance rate of OFLX and EM was 91.7% and 96.8%, respectively. Conclusions Selection of antibiotics should consider the types of ~mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in clinic.
