氯化聚乙烯橡胶CM135B补强填充体系的研究

Study on Reinforcing System of CPE135B

研究了炭黑和矿质填料对CM135B的补强填充性能的影响。结果表明:粒径越小、比表面积越大、结构度越高的炭黑,补强的效果越好。矿质填料的补强效果低于炭黑,但能改善硫化胶料的加工性能,降低成本。因此,将炭黑与矿质填料并用,达到最佳效果。

The influences of carbon black and mineral filler on reinforcement behavior of CM135B were researched.The results showed that the smaller particle size,the larger specific surface area and the higher structure degree of CB,the better reinforcement was.The reinforcing effect of mineral filler was lower than that of CB,but the compound processing property was improved and the cost was reduced.The optimized reinforcement was received as using CB/mineral filler.
