铜单晶线材静态及动态拉伸试验的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过利用自制的区域熔化单晶化设备(即水平式热型连铸技术)制造出 3mm纯铜单晶线材。实验结果表明:铜单晶线材静态最大抗拉强度约128MPa,其伸长率达133%;单晶铜线材承受的应力达105MPa时,塑性变形开始,其试样表面变形特征呈单系滑移。当应力大于110MPa时,其试样表面变形特征呈双系滑移。当应力大于114MPa时,变形呈现多系滑移现象;其断口形貌上有大量的韧窝,呈典型的韧性断口。 In paper,the static state and dynamic tensile property of single crystal copper wire was studied. The results indicate that the single-crystal-copper-wire's static state maximal tensile property is 128MPa and elastic strain is 133%,or when tensile property is 105 MPa,it has typicality of uniserial slipping,when tensile property is 110 MPa,it has double-serial slipping。when tensile property is 114 MPa,it has multi-slipping。The SEM morphology of fracture shows that single crystal copper wire has the characteristics of ductile fracture and poly-crystal one has mixture fracture.
