摘要
通过正交试验的方法,研究了固溶温度对时间、时效温度和时间对原位增强铸造Al 4.5Cu复合材料力学性能的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明,各因子对复合材料力学性能的影响由大到小依次为:固溶温度>时效温度>时效时间>固溶时间。固溶温度对复合材料的抗拉强度有显著影响;固溶温度、时效温度和时效时间对复合材料的伸长率和硬度都有显著影响。较优的固溶与时效工艺为:复合材料在533℃固溶12~16h,165℃时效7h。
Orthogonal experiment and analyzed method were adopted to study the effect of factors of solution and aging treatment on the mechanical properties of in situ composites of cast Al-4.5Cu matrix. The results show that: the effect of every factor on the mechanical properties of the in-situ composites can be aligned as: solution temperature>aging temperature>aging time>solution time. Solution temperature has great effect on tensile stress while solution temperature, aging temperature and aging time have remarkable effect on the elongation and hardness of the composite. The appropriate solution and aging treatment for the (TiB_2+Al_3Ti)/Al-4.5Cu in-situ composites is : solution treating at 533 ℃ for 12~16 hours, then aging at 165 ℃ for 7 hours.
