T型细胞质对杂种小麦农艺性状的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF T.timopheevi CYTOPLASM ON THE AGRONOMICAL CHARACTERS OF HYBRID WHEAT

用不育系与恢复系杂交得到的杂种aF_1同相应保持系与恢复系所得到的杂种bF_1差异所分析的细胞质效应结果表明,aF_1表现穗粒数明显减少,千粒重显著提高,其它性状没有明显差异。总的看来,T 型细胞质还是目前较为理想的不育胞质。

The results of cytoplasm effect from the diffrence between the male sterile line hybridaF_1 and its corresponding restore line hybrid bF_1 suggested that the kernel number perspikeof af_1 was obviously lower than that of bF_1,and the 1000--kernel weight of aF_1 was signifi-cantly higher than that of bF_1,the other characters had no significant diffrence.In a word,T.timopheevi cytoplasm is a more ideal sterile cytoplasm at present.
