摘要
目的 了解济南市社区卫生服务人力资源配置现状。方法 采用问卷方式对济南市 74个社区卫生服务中心 (站 )人力资源配置现状进行调查。结果 济南市社区卫生服务人力资源结构不尽合理 ,主要表现在 :护理及防保人员的学历和职称层次偏低 ;医护比例不合适 ,医生比例偏大 ;性别差异较大 ,女性占多数 ;接受专业培训比例较低 ,护理人员仅占 18 6 %。结论 加强社区卫生服务的内涵建设 ,必须将人才建设摆在优先发展的地位。因此 ,建立一支数量适宜、结构合理的社区卫生服务队伍 ,是完善社区卫生服务功能的关键所在。
Objective To understand the present state of human resources collocation of community health service in Jinan.Methods With questionnaires, investigation was done about human resources distribution from 74 community health service centers (stations).Results The human resource structure of community health centers in Jinan is not reasonable, which mainly shows that the educational background and professional post rank of nursing and preventing people are lower, the proportion of nurses and doctors is not correct, doctors occupy the higher proportion; sex difference is larger, women are more; these who accepted professional training are lower, nursing people only occupy 18.6%.Conclusion To strengthen the inner construction of community health service, human resource construction must be put in the superior place. So building a community health service team with proper quantity is the key to perfect the function of community health service.
