数量性状位点在行为及精神病分子遗传学研究中的进展 被引量:4

摘要 数量遗传学的观点认为,人类的复杂行为大部分并不遵循孟德尔定律,而是与更加复杂的基因系统相关联,不仅如此,精神障碍也具有这样的遗传学基础.自从1975年Gelderman提出了数量性状位点(quantitative trait loci,QTLs)的概念后,在精神病分子遗传学领域的QTLs研究取得了迅速进展.所谓的QTLs是指参与控制某种数量性状、作用大小不完全相同而又相互协同和相互作用的基因系统.由这些基因系统决定的性状呈数量化分布,而不是"有"或"无"的二分式分布.其中任何一种基因的缺陷,对精神障碍的发生既非必要也非充分条件,而只能是某种精神障碍的危险因子.基因对行为的影响是以概率性事件出现,而非决定因素[1].
