非典型抗精神病药治疗儿童精神分裂症的研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 近年来,儿童期发病的精神分裂症及其治疗日益受到重视,非典型抗精神病药以其效能较高、不良反应较少的独特优势而备受关注.但迄今为止,国内相关资料相对较少,多集中于对氯氮平和利培酮的研究;而国外相关资料已扩展到奥氮平和奎硫平;此外齐拉西酮、舍吲哚、阿米舒必利、佐替平等亦有研究报道,但尚缺乏一致性的结果.对此,我们对国内外近5年的相关研究进展做简要综述.
